Clark County Department of Building & Fire Prevention will provide an optional service for an on-site damage assessment inspection, to be performed prior to the issuance of any permit(s) for repair(s) of a building or structure due to damage resulting from fire, water, wind, vehicle impact, structural vandalism, or any other cause for which a permit would be required per Clark County Building Administrative Code. 一旦损坏评估检查完成，建筑检查员将向业主或其代表提供损坏评估检查报告的副本。 如需进行损坏评估检查，请填写以下表格并发送电子邮件至 dsaceteam@ClarkCountyNV.gov
