如果你正在支付工资，银行账户，或在车辆或现金抽屉上执行，你可能会在4到6周内收到付款或信件。
如果扣发工资，雇主有20天的时间对询问作出答复。 如果我们没有收到回复，我们不会跟进，因为我们无法强迫雇主回复。 如果您在4到6周内没有收到付款或信件，您可以自行跟进您的情况。 扣押工资的最高法定数额是实得工资的25%。 然而，应由雇主决定从被告工资中扣除的净工资数额。 以下是你可能无法从扣押工资中获得资金的一些原因：
- 被告已被预先处罚
