学校交警要求
克拉克县公共工程部门为未合并的克拉克县的学生提供过境警卫服务。 内华达州关于交警的法律解释如下：

(a) Shall stop in obedience to the direction or traffic-control signal of a school crossing guard; and
(b) Shall not proceed until the highway is clear of all persons, including, without limitation, the school crossing guard.

3. If, while violating subsection 1, the driver of a motor vehicle is the proximate cause of a collision with a pedestrian or a person riding a bicycle, an electric bicycle, or an electric scooter, the driver is subject to the additional penalty outlined in subsection 4 of 关系,484年b.653.
