唯一不能在网上订购的婚姻记录是一份未经修改的原始结婚证宣誓书，这是一对夫妇在获得结婚证时提交并签署的申请。 These records may contain confidential information such as Social Security Numbers, so they can only be requested by either party listed on the marriage license using the 结婚证宣誓书申请表格正本.
